I'm really getting tired of the poor support quality from Zapier recently. The responses are slow, unhelpful, and sometimes downright rude. I've been a customer for years and this is not the level of service I expect. The support team seems to just copy and paste generic responses without actually reading the problem. Maybe they need better training or just don't care anymore. Anyone else notice this decline in service quality?
