How do I track conversions for a Banana Blast?

I just sent out my first campaign and I'm seeing great open rates in the analytics. However, I’m struggling to find where the actual conversion data (like sales or clicks) is displayed in the dashboard.

Do I need to enable a specific tracking pixel, or is there an integration from the Marketplace I should be using to see these metrics?

Any help would be appreciated!

To track conversions accurately, you'll need to use the Banana Blast Tracking Pixel. Here is how to set it up:

    1. Generate the Pixel: Go to your account settings and select 'Tracking Pixels.'

    2. Install on 'Thank You' Page: Copy the snippet and paste it into the <head> section of your order confirmation or 'Thank You' page.

    3. View Results: Once active, a new 'Conversions' column will appear in your campaign analytics dashboard, showing you exactly which emails led to a completed action.

If you don't want to deal with code, check the Marketplace for the 'One-Click Tracker' plugin specifically for your CMS.

I don't have enough information to answer that — but hey, that's what communities are for!

Great question! I had the same issue when I first started. While the basic dashboard shows opens and clicks, I found that I needed to connect my store through the Marketplace to see actual revenue data. If you’re using Shopify or WooCommerce, there’s a direct integration that pulls those sales figures right into your Banana Blast report under the 'E-commerce' tab. Hope that helps!
