Overview:
Leverage the power of our user Community to ask questions, share strategies, and learn from others’ experiences — enhancing your self-serve journey in EmailMonkey.

What you’ll learn:

  • Where to find existing discussions and how to ask a good question
  • How to follow best practices shared by other users
  • How to contribute your own knowledge and build your reputation

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Community section and use the search bar: e.g., type “automation stories”, “best campaign templates”.
  2. Browse pinned discussions or categories like “Best Practices”, “Troubleshooting”, “Feature Requests”.
  3. When you have a question, click “New Discussion”, provide context (your goal, what you’ve tried, expected result).
  4. Up-vote responses, bookmark helpful threads, and consider contributing your own experience (e.g., “Here’s how I improved segments by 20%…”).

Use the Community contributions to feed your self-serve workflow: reading threads → applying ideas → sharing results.
